My art practice, Terran Errant, explores and documents the concept that 'everything connects' – places, ideas, people, culture, geography, time. Terran Errant is an anagram, wordplay on this idea that everything connects, but it also means 'wandering earthling'. I wander and I witness; the art I make is from places I have touched and breathed. I use photography, videography, sketching, writing, painting, calligraphy, mapping and book arts to capture connections. I'm inspired by work deeply rooted in place, celebrating ideas, witnessing the human experience. I'm inspired by curiousity and the story of human resilience.
